Refund Policy

Policy: all sales final

All payments made for the MSP Advanced plan (including the license and add-on design packages) are non-refundable. This policy follows from the nature of the product:

• USB-SN-bound licenses are non-revocable — a license is cryptographically bound to the serial numbers of the registered USB drives. Once issued, it cannot be "revoked" or safely reassigned to another customer — that is precisely the anti-cloning mechanism.
• The backend design package (Reference-Backend) is the same — once the documentation and blueprint are delivered, they are consumed.
• No risk of "buying blind" — the Free edition is free forever with no time limit: experience the entire platform at real-world performance before deciding to upgrade. Purchasing MSP Advanced is a fully informed decision.

Payments through a MoR platform

If payment is processed through an independent Merchant of Record (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Paddle), the checkout flow follows that platform's terms. CoreSystem's policy still applies: no refunds once a license has been issued.
