1. About the service

EasyDeploy and BootBuilder are Windows deployment tools running on WinPE, released by CoreSystem ("we"). The Free edition is free forever, provided as-is. The MSP Advanced plan is licensed annually, bound per USB-SN batch. Downloading, installing, or using the product constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. License & scope of use

The MSP Advanced license is digitally signed (ECDSA P-256) and bound to the serial numbers (USB-SN) of the registered USB drives — it cannot be transferred to other devices.
You are responsible for safeguarding your USB drives and your preshared key (if using profile encryption) — they are your revenue-generating assets.
You may not redistribute, resell, or modify CoreSystem binaries.

3. Security commitment & no telemetry

CoreSystem operates no data-collecting backend: we collect no personal data, store no license keys, and record no telemetry from your deployments.
Deployment statistics (if you choose to enable them) live only on the USB (CSV) or on an endpoint self-hosted by the MSP (BYOB — Advanced).
Binaries embed a public key and self-validate their .sig signature before running to guarantee integrity.

4. Relationship with Microsoft

EasyDeploy and CoreSystem are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Windows, WinPE, BitLocker, PowerShell are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries.

5. Payments

Payments for the MSP Advanced plan may be processed through an independent third party (a Merchant of Record — e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Paddle). In that case, the corresponding platform's terms apply to payment processing. See the Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Deployment erases all data on the target disk — you are responsible for backing up before deploying. We make no guarantee of specific results on any particular hardware or environment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect when posted.
